Health Insurance

Comprehensive health insurance and prescription drug coverage is available to all eligible employees and their dependents.

Dental Insurance

Eligible employees have access to a comprehensive dental plan with no out-of-pocket expenses for routine exams and cleanings.

Life Insurance
All full-time employees qualify for a free $20,000 term life insurance policy beginning on the first of the month following 90 days of service.  

Retirement Savings Account
Following one year of service, eligible employees may enroll in a company-sponsored 401K retirement savings plan. Every dollar invested is matched by a company contribution (50% of each dollar contributed up to an employee’s deduction of 3%) to participating employees’ accounts.

Disability Insurance
Short-term disability insurance is available for all eligible employees beginning on the first of the month following 90 days of service.
 
Vacation
Paid vacation and personal time off is available to all eligible full-time employees.

Sick Pay
Full-time facility employees are entitled to up to 7 sick days each calendar year.

Paid Holidays
Full-time employees enjoy up to 7 paid holidays per year in addition to other time off. Holidays are pro-rated for part time employees.  

Tuition Payment
A Tuition Payment Program is available for those employees who wish to further their education (up to $3,000 annually). Certain restrictions apply.
